HardSoft Computers no longer supply Microsoft Office as a separate package and can only be purchased via Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions, this way you always have the latest version of Microsoft Office at no extra cost.
Prices include 365 support and maintenance and HardSoft will be appointed by Microsoft as the ‘Partner of Record’ for your licensing. By being the Microsoft Digital Partner of Record for the subscription we will be able to assist with deploying and re-assigning Office 365 as well as advice on usage and potential issues.
Licences can be reassigned to other users as employees change just as you can on a Microsoft Open license. Payments are by direct debit and are paid monthly by direct debit for a minimum 12 months. This direct debit is a separate direct debit to that of the lease of your PC or Mac. This gives you the ability to add and even reduce your subscription costs going forwards. Additional licences ordered can be included individually and the direct debit is amended accordingly. At the end of the 12 month period we (and Microsoft directly) will confirm a renewal and the direct debit will continue.
